As a cycle commuter, I’m always looking for ways to carry things and panniers don’t always do the trick. I saw this posted by Chris Baskind and had to look into it further. This looks like it would be a great option for those short trips when you just need a small bag! And the best part is no extra hardware is needed to mount it to your bike. Inside of a zippered compartment on the back of the bag are velcro straps that allow you to attach the bag to the handlebars.

At $190 CAD (including shipping from Switzerland), the bag isn’t exactly cheap. Freitag bags are made from recycled tarps, you would never guess by looking at the ones they feature in the video below, which does make them one of the more durable options on the market:
